How to Take Clothing Measurements
- Get a flexible measuring tape. These are often sold in craft stores
- Neck:
- Measure around the base of the neck in inches.
- Round up to the nearest half inch.
- Chest:
- Wrap tape measure under armpits around fullest part of chest (usually right above nipples
- Sleeve:
- Bend your elbow and rest your hand on your hip.
- Have someone measure from the middle of the back of your neck to your wrist by putting the tape measure over your shoulder, around your elbow and to your wrist.
- Waist:
- Wrap tape measure around where you normally wear your pants. Keep tape measure a little loose by keeping a finger between the tape measure and your waist.
- Inseam:
- Put on a pair of shoes.Have someone measure from your crotch to back of the heel, where you want your pants to end.
- Hands:
- Measure around the hand at the fullest part (exclude thumb). The number of inches shows the size of the glove.

Il Génepy della Val D'Ayas, piccole e preziose erbe di montagna appartenenti al genere Artemisia. Crescono durante il periodo estivo ad un'altitudine di circa 1700 metri ed il loro habitat è costituito da terreni morenici ai piedi dei ghiacciai lungo tutto l'arco alpino occidentale. Esistono varie specie di Genepy col loro profumo inconfondibile, sono molto aromatiche e presentano alta concentrazione di principi attivi che esplicano nell'uomo una potente azione neurotonica sulle vie digestive.
Con queste piantine potrai fare da solo la famosa bevanda valdostana seguendo la ricetta allegata alla confezione.
Con ogni busta si preparano due litri di liquore
RICETTA: mettere il contenuto di un sacchetto -10grin 1 Litro di alcool 95 gradi, lasciatelo in infusione per 40 giorni succesivamente filtratelo.
A parte preparare dello sciroppo utilizzando 1,2 litri di acqua calda in cui va scioltauna quantità di zucchero variabile di 300/450 grammi.
Quando lo sciroppo si è raffreddato unite il tutto, lasciatelo alcuni giorni e degustate.
