Vino Fumin DOC Grape variety: Fumin 100% native Aosta Valley vine, present only in Valle d'Aosta; the first reliable and secure written testimonies date back to the end of the 1700s.
Colour: deep mallow red, almost impenetrable, stable over time.
Smell: intense, persistent and winy, with strong notes of jam, berries on a spicy background of licorice
Flavour: dry, full, soft; full of body and structure
